We chose this hotel, which is a short drive away from the centre of Viterbo, as an overnight stay on the way home to France. It's not in a very interesting location but it has some excellent features. There is free, private parking; the hotel is pet-friendly; it serves a good breakfast; the personnel are efficient and extra friendly (thank you to our breakfast waitress who brought extra bacon for our dog); the room was quiet, spacious and with a comfortable big bed. There is no restaurant at the hotel, but a very good fish restaurant a two minute walk away open even on Sunday evening.

I spent a long weekend at Best Western Viterbo. Everything was perfect: my top floor room was big, new and bright, spotless clean, with a balcony and beautiful views over countryside and hills. Great service, staff very polite and attentive. Generous snd various breakfast. Big car park. Great location, hundred meters from a big commercial center and about one chilometer from the center of town. I will be back when in Viterbo.

Most wonderful staff at reception & in the restaurant where they serve a great breakfast. All the staff were polite, professional, accommodating & always a smile for you. Basic, but both bedroom & bathroom are a good size with room to move. Ideal location for visiting old town of Viterbo, which is only a few minutes away from here by car.
