This was not my first stay at the Best Western Hotel in Viterbo. I traveled with my wife and daughter. Valentina and the other staff members were exceptionally professional and courteous, as usual. The breakfast was very good, and our room was clean, included a balcony, and was very quiet. The downtown area is not too far from the hotel, and there are several restaurants nearby for dining.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good value for the money. Also, having the parking (paid) at the front door was a bonus. If you go to Viterbo for the Papi Spa only, then this might be a good place to stay as you need to drive to the spa.

The hotel and it's staff were fantastic. The rooms were clean, the breakfast had plenty of choice, including bacon and scrambled eggs along with a full continental selection. There were great restaurants close by as well as a small ish shopping mall with a supermarket.

Very close to main Riello bus station so great for cheap day trips by public transport to Tuscania, Caprarola, Montefiascone etc or to other destinations. Supermarket and shopping centre nearby. About 20 minute walk to Porta Fiorentina or use bus. Clean, modern and comfortable with courteous staff and a room safety deposit box.

Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Good size room. Had coffee/ tea making facilities in the room - most unusual in Italy but very welcome. Comfortable, large bed. Really, no criticisms. Room and public areas very tastefully decorated and furnished.

Most wonderful staff at reception & in the restaurant where they serve a great breakfast. All the staff were polite, professional, accommodating & always a smile for you. Basic, but both bedroom & bathroom are a good size with room to move. Ideal location for visiting old town of Viterbo, which is only a few minutes away from here by car. Safe, easy on-site parking for 5 euros a night was also welcome.

We chose this hotel, which is a short drive away from the centre of Viterbo, as an overnight stay on the way home to France. It's not in a very interesting location but it has some excellent features. There is free, private parking; the hotel is pet-friendly; it serves a good breakfast; the personnel are efficient and extra friendly (thank you to our breakfast waitress who brought extra bacon for our dog); the room was quiet, spacious and with a comfortable big bed. There is no restaurant at the hotel, but a very good fish restaurant a two minute walk away open even on Sunday evening.

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! The lady at the counter was so so kind and fluent in english which was refreshing, the room was big, and clean, which was also new to us compared to other hotels that we stayed in around italy, and the price was so low compared to others. breakfast was wonderful. The only problem was that it was fully booked for the next night!

This hotel was well situated. There was a large COOP store across the street. The room was large and comfortable and the breakfast was extraordinarily good. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I spent a long weekend at Best Western Viterbo. Everything was perfect: my top floor room was big, new and bright, spotless clean, with a balcony and beautiful views over countryside and hills. Great service, staff very polite and attentive. Generous snd various breakfast. Big car park. Great location, hundred meters from a big commercial center and about one chilometer from the center of town. I will be back when in Viterbo.
